For teachers
Build the Periodic Table turns element practice into a game students ask to play. It fits grades 3–8 science, and its Hard and Extreme modes stretch high school chemistry students.
The teacher plan (coming soon)
We're building a teacher plan and want teachers to help shape it. Here's how it's planned to work:
- Make a class on the website. Pick question sets or write your own questions to match what you're teaching.
- Give students a class code. They type it into the free app, and it unlocks the full game while your class is active. No student accounts or passwords.
- See how they're doing. Your dashboard shows which questions and topics your class gets right and which need another look.
Student privacy comes first
- Students join with a class code and a first name and last initial, or a nickname you assign. No student emails, birthdays or full names.
- Student results are used only for your class, never sold, and never used for ads. There are no ads in the game at all.
- Class data is deleted when the class code expires at the end of the school year.
The game works without the teacher plan too: it's free to download, and progress stays on each device.
Join the pilot
Pilot teachers try the teacher plan first, tell us what works in a real classroom, and help decide what we build next. Leave your details and we'll be in touch.
