Refunds

The full-game unlock is a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store, so Apple handles payment and refunds. An adult can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On a new device signed in to the same Apple ID, open the unlock screen in the game and tap Restore purchase.

Adults: privacy choices

• Turn anonymous play info on or off: open Settings in the game and use "Share play info".
• Delete everything saved on the device: Settings, then Saved Data.
• Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
